The follow software are project assignments that i have complete.

Allen Printing Solution ( VB.NET )     Communicates to Allen Coding Thermal Transfer Printers using the TT53 Protocol via serial to transfer labels on to plastic bags. Labels details are stored in a MSSQL database and last printed format is stored when printing.

Stoppage Recording Solution ( VB.NET )     Used for recording stoppage on a production line, with Editable reason list for easy customization. Stoppage recording solution is embedded within console environment for easy deployment.

SKU Label Printing Solution ( VB.NET )     Prints sticky labels for use on assembly lines. Communication to the printers is via TCP/IP using the Printronix printers. SKU labels printed are stored to an xml file for future use.

SiempelKamp Production Schedule Solution ( VB.NET )     Used for creating schedules for the siempelkamp machines, all data used is stored in a MSSQL database and uses Stored Procedures to access the data. Prints labels for the boards produced and paper report for the paper required for producing the current schedule.

ScanLite Solution ( VB.NET )     Communicates with ScanLite Boards via TCP/IP for displaying production line details which are received from MS Access Database. User Editable page with variables (e.g. $1) and lookups, which are stored in a MSSQL Database. Users can preview the slides before uploading the new pages.

Factory Stock Transfer Solution ( VB.NET )     Confirms stock from a factory.

RMS View Web Part ( VB.NET )     RMS View is a web part for Share Point that is fully user customizable though Share Point web interface. RMS View shows calls raised for a certain user or team. The data is return from a MSSQL Stored Procedure.

Rigid Line Report Solution ( VB.NET )     Creates dynamic graphs which show the stoppages on a rigid line between a user specified date and time. Graphs can be then printed or exported.

Paper Management System Solution ( VB.NET )     Keep track of the stock of paper within the factories and the stock currently in use. Prints reports of a user select paper type and prints labels for new stock.

Factory Stock Transfer Solution ( VB.NET )     Confirms stock from between factorys.

GLine Program Creation Solution ( VB.NET )     GLine Program creation software allows the users to print, create, copy, rename and compares G1 and G2 machine Program files. Loads from machine paths and network locations.

File Viewer Solution ( VB.NET )     The File Viewer limits the users of the software to only view certain types of files on certain locations. Fully GUI for user customizations.

Factory Backup Solution ( VB.NET )     The Factory Backup Solution is used to back up machine data and store it on a file server. Fully customizable by the user to add new data areas on a machine and to back up the data areas at certain times. Also includes alerts if a data area has not been backup which is user specified.

Factory Label Printing Solution ( VB.NET )     Prints labels on A4 sheets of paper which are then attached to stacks of boards, all labels are stored in a MSSQL Database and the software detects that it cannot access the database server it will run offline until connectivity is restored.

BOM View Solution ( VB.NET )     The BOM View Solution lists what a certain product is made of and what that product can make, Printable tree view option and exportable to excel. Custom settings are stored in an xml settings file.

Weeke Drill Program Transfer Solution ( VB.NET )     • The Weeke Drill Transfer Solution is used for creating and copying files and folders from a server to control Machines. The Weeke Drill Transfer Solution Checks connectivity to machines on the line and disables the transfer to the machine that it cannot communicate to.
